Brightly Beaming Lighthouse
This commissioned painting is based on the words of a song by Phillip Paul Bliss, 1871, where it says, “Brightly beams our Father’s mercy, like a lighthouse on the shore”. It can be likened to our own families. The lower lights along the shore represent our family members still tarrying on earth hoping to help others find their way in the storms of life. The lower light, inside the lighthouse, represents our daughter, or each of our loves ones passed, who are with the Father, still shining their lights to bring us all safely “home”.
